We aim to give a friendly and professional service to everyone who attends the surgery.

However, if, for any reason, our service should fall below our patients’ satisfaction and you would like to make a complaint, please contact the Managers using the below form. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working day and aim to fully respond within 25 working days. All complaints will be treated as confidential.
