What are the online services available to me?
The online services currently available at Coventry University Medical Centre allow you to:
- Manage appointments online
- Request repeat prescriptions online
To use these services you must be registered with the practice and register for a “Patient Access/EMIS” account.
How do I register?
If you are using the online services for the first time there are two ways that you can register
- In the Medical Centre – You can contact the medical centre to complete a registration form.
- Online – You can register online via Patient Access EMIS.
Please note: If you choose to register online, when prompted to enter the GP practice postcode, you will need to enter the Engleton House Surgery postcode which is CV6 3HZ. Register online now.
Once you have completed this form you will need to go to our reception desk with photographic proof of identity and proof of address so we can activate your account. Once activated you can log on and use the service at any time.
If you have completed this form electronically you will only be able to view appointments and make one appointment until you have attended surgery with your photographic proof of identity and proof of address for your account to be fully activated.
Please note: When booking online be aware that two surgeries will be listed – Engleton House Surgery and Coventry University Medical Centre. Please make sure you select the correct surgery.
When can I use these services?
You may use these services at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even when the practice is closed. However you should not use this service for emergencies or urgent requests. In these circumstances always contact the practice by phone immediately, or if the practice is closed, the Out Of Hours service. The telephone numbers are on the home page.
