What are the online services available to me?

The online services currently available at Engleton House Surgery allow you to:

For full access to all services we offer online you must be a registered patient and register for Patient Access.

There are numerous different suppliers of software that allow you to access to your online account. However, only Patient Access will provide full access to all the services we offer online.

You can also download the Patient Access App to your phone from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

 

If you are using the online services for the first time you will be limited to one time use. You will then need to provide photographic proof of identity and proof of address so we can grant full access to your account. Once activated you can log on and use the service at any time 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Please note:  When booking appointments online be aware that several appointment types are available. Please ensure you look for ‘Your GP Practice Appointments’ and select the appropriate one.

As we operate over two sites – Engleton House Surgery and Coventry University Medical Centre, please make sure you select the appointment for the required site.

When can I use these services?

You may use these services at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even when the practice is closed. However you should not use this service for emergencies or urgent requests. In these circumstances always contact the practice by phone immediately on 024 7659 2012, or if the practice is closed, the Out Of Hours service. The telephone numbers are on the home page.

Patient Access Online Services

If you have any technical difficulties or have any questions you can use the Patient Access Support Centre to give you all the information you need. We do not have access to the password that you set up when you registered.
