The NHS App is a free and secure application provided by the NHS in England. It allows you to access a range of healthcare services on your smartphone or tablet. You can also access the same services in a web browser by logging in through the NHS website.
What You Can Do:
- 📋 Access Your Health Records: View your GP medical record, including notes from appointments at your GP surgery, test results your GP surgery has arranged, allergies, medications, medical conditions, immunisations and documents.
- 💊 Request Repeat Prescriptions: Order regular medications and choose a pharmacy to receive them
- 📅 Submit Online Consult/Request: If you need help with an admin request (e.g. fit (sick) note or medical evidence letter); or a non-urgent new or ongoing medical problem. Our admin will screen and deal with your request appropriately. This may include a self-book link to book an appointment with a suitable clinical.
- 💉 Access your COVID-19 vaccination status
- 🆘 Use NHS 111 online: Get medical advice based on symptoms and guidance on what to do next.
- ❤️ Register your organ donation preferences: opt in or out of organ donation and update your preferences.
- 🧾 Update Your Personal Info: Change your address, contact details, and view your NHS number.
How to Get Started:
- Download the NHS app (Apple App Store / Google Play)
- Create an NHS login (email, phone, and photo ID)
